Reset your B2Brouter password

If you have forgotten the password for your account or you are trying to access your account but the message “incorrect password” appears, you can generate a new password. To do so, access the login page of B2Brouter:

  • Use the link called Forgot your password? which you find under the boxes where you enter the login details.
  • On the next page, the system asks you for the email address that is associated with your user name. Type it.
  • Finally, click on Submit.

We send you an email to the email address indicated, with a link that enables you to change the password for your account:

  • Open your email account.
  • Open the email from B2Brouter.
  • Use the option Change password.

The link redirects you to the B2Brouter page from where you can change the password for your account. From this page you need to enter the new password twice and click on Save.

Finally, your password is changed and you can log into your account using the same email address and the new password.
