Use B2Brouter's activity summary

B2Brouter’s overview provides you with a clear and concise overview of your company’s financial status.

To access this summary:

  • Log in to your B2Brouter account.
  • Click on the Overview button in the main menu at the top of the page.

The data displayed by the Activity summary includes:

This graph allows you to visually see the inflows and outflows of money in a given period.

You can apply filters from the right hand side of the page, where you can select:

  • Include taxes.
  • Selected period of time (last 12 months, this year, last year…).
  • Specific days.
  • Currency.

Displays the list of issued invoices that have not yet been collected. This information is crucial to manage cash flow and ensure that customers pay invoices on time.

Includes invoices received that have not yet been paid. This is important to maintain a good payment history and avoid interest on late payments.

Record of the latest movements and actions performed within the platform, such as new invoices issued, payments received, or invoices sent. This helps you to keep up to date with all recent operations.

To ensure that the B2Brouter activity summary works correctly and provides you with accurate data, you need to:

  1. Use B2Brouter for all your billing. It is important that you centralise all your billing through B2Brouter. This includes issuing invoices to customers and receiving invoices from suppliers. This is the only way to have a complete and up-to-date overview of your financial situation.
  2. Manage receipts and payments directly from B2Brouter. Use the bank reconciliation functionality, among others, to ensure that bank account movements match the transactions recorded in B2Brouter. This will allow you to detect and correct discrepancies quickly.
